That’s why many Dr and hakeen they says there patient to eat fruits .fruits cure illness and give you energy. it depend on fruit what type of fruit you are eating . there are many types of fruits .each fruits have there ability to heal people . for example sugar cane cure disease of jaundice. Sugar cane cure lever hotness. Lot of people they used onion for cure sick . watermelon they cure of abdomen hotness and wash abdomen . Guava they break kabaz .
Allah tala said in quran
69Then to eat of all the produce (of the earth), and find with skill the spacious paths of its Lord: there issues from within their bodies a drink of varying colours, wherein is healing for men: verily in this is a Sign for those who give thought.
